• Account information: When you register as a member or apply for membership, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and emergency contact details.
• Event registration: When you RSVP to events, we record your attendance.
• Membership information: Membership status, rider details (including age and horse details for Pony Club Victoria affiliation), and payment records.
• Usage data: The app does not collect analytics, tracking data, or advertising identifiers.

• We do not collect location data, browsing history, or device identifiers

Access to member information is restricted to the BHDPC Committee (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, District Commissioner) and Pony Club Victoria (for affiliation and insurance purposes only). All committee members are bound by the BHDPC Child Safe Standards policy and the Pony Club Victoria Code of Conduct.

Member data is stored securely through our platform provider (Base44) and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Forms). Access is password-protected and limited to authorised committee members.

BHDPC primarily serves riders under 18. Parent or guardian consent is required for all membership applications. We collect only the minimum information necessary for Pony Club Victoria affiliation, insurance coverage, and rider safety. No child's personal information is published publicly without explicit parental consent.
